Refund and Returns Policy for FitLuis

At FitLuis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we are here to help you through the return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and how to proceed with returns or refunds.
Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date. If you’re not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All tags and packaging should be intact.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as non-returnable)
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fitluis.com, providing your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or there was an error in your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible returns. Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only issued for items that are returned in accordance with the guidelines outlined in our Returns section.
- If you received a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted. These include items that are not in original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned after the 30-day return window.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item or a different item of equal value. If you would like to exchange your item, please follow the return process and select the desired item for exchange. We will ship your new item once we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the return process, and you will receive a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge. To expedite the process, please provide us with photos of the damaged product.
